Worried. Weaker antibiotic after a strongoing one

So I went to my doctor with a sore throat. She said it could be viral but she prescribed Keflex anyway and said to watch and watch first. Now that sore ththat has become persistent coughing with thick yellow phlegm. I think I have bronchitis. I took levaquin before 2 months ago.. I'm worried keflex won't work because I've taken Levaquin which is a stronger antibiotic . Do you become resistant to weaker antibiotics after you take a stronger ine?

No you won't. Otherwise anyone who has suffered a more intense form of these issues (e.g. pneumonia, which I've had many years ago) would be a big problem for later treatment for basic infections. And I've had basic commonly prescribed broad spectrum antibiotics many times since.
