I've been worrying about Petechiae a lot recently. I had a blood test at the end of January which showed my platelets were fine, but since then I've noticed a lot of individual Petechiae spots. This morning I've noticed a cluster of about 10 on my breast. I was sick once last night due to alcohol but I didn't think I strained that much. Does anyone get them on their chest after vomiting? Is it unlikely my platelets would've changed since January?
