Hi!
I'm 23, live in Berkshire and would like hear from anyone else who suffers from social anxiety and/or fear of blushing.
I live with my fella, and work in a head office in support to the bigwigs of the company (not sure how i manage it sometimes)
I mainly struggle at work, fear of blushing and having to speak infront of people, being centre of attention etc etc!
I'm currently seeing a life coach in hope I can help myself a little more, and am just about to start body combat classes and go to a cbt help group in hope of reducing stress. I'm also into yoga and generally chilling out.
It would be great to get to know like minded to people to share support.
