Ringing sensation in head?

Has anyone ever had anything like this? The best way I can describe it is like a fire alarm going off in my head, but it isn't a physical noise, more like an internal sensation. I feel very agitated with it. I'm worried it is a weird Neuro symptom.

Like an intense buzzing sensation but sensation only?? Is it intermittant or all the time?
Feeling as if you are buzzing or internal trembling is very common anxiety symptom because of the anxiety hormones we produce.
