Hi guys
I have been invited out this evening with a friend, to somewhere ive never been before, and I am already getting very anxious. I have a pain in my chest and left arm, which are comon signs for me.
I am not going to give in to it today, I am going out.............but does anyone have any helpful hints on how to cope, I am already sipping at the rescue remedy

The anticipation is usually worse than the event.

I bet you will be just fine once you get there.

Have a lovely evening ok?

A long bath before going somewhere helps me to relax. Have a good time.

Hi Crystal
Im sorry - its probably a little too late for me to post advice now! But I do hope you manged to go out and enjoy your evening.
Maybe you could try these another time if u need them...
Things that help me loads are : -
take a bottle of water
rescue remedy
a reassuring perfume (body shop vanilla works for me)
some fur from my dog (bizarre I know, but I like to have it with me!)
a paper bag (just in case - it is getting harder to find a handy paper bag when out and about these days, dont fancy suffocating in a plastic one!)
my highland cow doused in lavendar (it is very discreet and small!)
my mobile with loads of silly games downloaded in case I have to wait anywhere

Im not any prescription meds, so I take Kalms beforehand if I know Im off out somewhere that is likely to trigger stuff
