Hi guys.
Has this happened to anyone before?
I was on my phone sitting down for about 15 minutes. My was looking down just on Facebook and stuff. I got up and started to walk and I got a head rush and I felt dizzy for two seconds. I didn't fall but I had to hold on to something cause I was afraid that I would.
It has honestly put me into panic mode. :( I hate getting these sensations.
