Has anybody tried this combination for there ibs?
I've got to the point where I try anything, the main thing is gas that's interfering with my every day to day life.

I was just wondering what the recipe is how many spoonfuls of honey and how many spoonfuls of aleo Vera juice?

And then is the best time to drink it? I was thinking before bed but I'm clueless!

I will give you all an update in a months time if anyone's intrested as they can be quite expensive :)

There's been a few threads talking about it, for instance:

Manuka isn't formally regulated so the labels can be a bit misleading as some countries use different rating systems for the strengths but there are some good websites around that explain that.

Hopefully someone who uses it will spot your thread soon.

I've only had the odd mild bout of IBS, nothing like many on here have had, but I found peppermint tea helped a bit.

I take Manuka 15+ to free of chest infections and keep my acid stomach at bay. :)

Thank you for your replies :)

I've actually done some more research and realised you don't take them together in a drink,

It's meant to be a teaspoon of each separately silly me!

I'm scared to give them a go as I always am with new things with possible side effects but ibs is a lot worse then the worry of those!
