hey guys,
Where my dad works (for the last 30 years) causes him a lot of stress. He is almost at that age where he can take early retirement, and I'm honestly wishing it could come faster. I can see the stress in his eyes, even though he rarely talks to me about it. I sometimes hear him and my mom talking about how much he just wants to quit.
He seems to be dizzy quite often, however, he went to the doctors and had to do all of these tests that found that it is something related to his ears. My main concern is something that happened this morning on his way to work. He said he felt very dizzy and the right side of his body had a tingly sensation. It seems to have gone away, but I am anxious and scared for his health.
I know he has anxiety due to this job. Do these sound like anxiety symptoms? He is a bit overweight and is hardly active because he works such long hours. Wakes up at around 430 and doesn't get home until 5. It really makes me so sad to see him like this.
