Tingling in legs and feet

I do have spinal problems so this could be related to that but the past few weeks I have had alot of muscle twitching in legs/arm and face and for past few days a feeling as if my lower legs/feet are constantly tingling but touch sensations is fine as is use.

I am sure tingling can be an anxiety symptom as can the twitching but just wondered if anyone else has had this tingling in both legs sensation?

Yep, I had a tingling/buzzing sensation in both of my feet for weeks and weeks at one stage. I thought it was never going away. It did eventually. And as I'm sure you know, the more you focus on it, the worse it becomes! And the longer it hangs around!

And the twitching.... I had that at the same time! In my hands and face mostly.

Sometimes I feel as if mine feel kinda tingling or different feeling than the rest of my body. But not crazy tingling.

And I for sure get the twitches. From feet to calfs to upper legs to arms and even in palm of my hand once.
