I'm Indea

I used to come on here quite a lot - has been a while (maybe 2 years) since my last visit.

I used to suffer really badly with panic attacks and have a severe phobia of vomiting.

I have for the past two years also been battling anorexia. I thought it would be a good idea to come back on here to speak to people in the same position as me - and to support each other.

Things are ok. I was under the Maudsley Hospital for the anorexia, and my GP for the panic attacks.

I am getting better but have recently had a bit of a relapse. I'm just hoping I dont fall back into it all.
