Hello, wondering if someone can calm me down! Iv just got backr from town all the way around town everythink looks misty blurred foggy 😢Iv just got in doors and still misty. I'm so so scared Iv had these before but years ago I am worked up legs am numb jelly legs heart feels like it's racing pains all in my head and face ! I feel out of focus im Now laying on the bed shaking I keep checking my eyes to see if somethinks wrong to! I really hate the way I feel I feel like I don't want to be here anymore 😢
