Hiya, I was just wondering if there's anyone with anxiety and agoraphibia that like doesn't leave their house at all and lives by theirselves.
'cos I don't leave my house and very soon I am moving into my own flat for the first time and to be quite honest I'm rather terrified.
xxx. thanks.

You may like to try the No Panic telephone recovery course - that is very good.

Have a read here.......

No Panic Telephone Recovery Programme (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=8317)

Just an idea anyway.

Hi I already tried that.
I was going out with some one at the time and the guy that was giving me the one-on-one phone couselling started liking me and it caused alot of problems in my relationship so I stopped it.
But I can't do it anyways now 'cos I'm moving into my own flat soon and won't have a house phone.
thanks though.
