Having a panic attact right now so scared my whole body is numb chest pains feels really tight I went to the shop and everywhere looks misty but can see number plates etc on cars. I'm petrified my anxiety is sky high 😢

just remember to keep your breathing steadly so breath through your nose and out your mouth and try and think of all the good points of your life and it could help, if not try and listen to music or read a book or colour in something or draw to try, so then you can try and think of something else

it should help cus that's what I do

Try and not run away from your anxiety, allow yourself to feel it and let it pass through you. Resisting it will only make it worse. Regulate your breathing, like Ben suggested, by taking deep abdominal breaths. Think about what it was that made you feel this anxious in the first place, and hopefully that will help you gain perspective on things.
