I'm back and I'm petrified I have Ovarian cancer

I've been doing OK these past few years. Last year I lost identical twin girls at 5 months and since then I've been struggling. I'm now certain I have Ovarian cancer..I've put on quite a bit of weight over the past 3 months without changing my diet. My husband believes it's due to coming off the pill and also the pregnancy. I'm nauseous quite often and today I've been having hip/back pain. I don't know whether to go to the doctors or not. I had an ultrasound last May after we lost our girls and they said my ovaries were fine. Could cancer grow this quickly?

I don't think any of your symptoms point towards ovc I had the same fear myself few months bk.there are more obv symptoms for oc.just pop back to docs,and either ask for an internal ultrasound or pelvic exam which can feel your ovaries.
