So Iv got fuzzy blurred misty vision eyes ach ichy I feel panicky I feel like I Carnt breath feels like somethink is wrong with me and my eyes opticians said my eyes and glands are ok just dry Iv just compresses and drops got headache and sinues pain. I'm scared incase of got somethink wrong with me

Well you have got the okay for your eyes so you can rule them out as causing your symptoms. It does all sound like anxiety but you could also see a Dr in case you have some sinus issue as sinuses can give you headache and gooey eyes.
