Hi all I suffer with extreme anxiety and depression but I have come up with a good idea that might help us all a little each day.
Very simple, just post the most positive thing you felt/that happened to you/you are thankful for that day and then after a while come back at what we put when we are most down.

Had a really bad day in general today BUT My family are here for me and I am seeing my partner on Monday and some people have neither of the above so I am grateful.
