not really not overweight, slightly i weigh 65kg at 160cm. and bmi a bit more. not that fat really and not that thin either. i 've not been exercing all my life, i lead sedentary life, working office, to and fro i drive to work and weekend i eat and sleep and rest, seldom exercise, started exercise program, the moment i step on threadmill for 5mins i come down i feel the whole place mvoing, dizzy. so i stop all kind of exercise. now doc want to check heart so did threadmill, i cannot tolerate more than 4mins, i felt tired.

i am not used to walk alot too.

If you are anemic you can feel breathless very quickly, for example just walking up the stairs can make someone whos anemic feel breathless.
Or maybe you are just very unfit.

Once you get the all clear you will be able to increase your fitness levels which will increase your energy levels also.
