Strange discomfort - should I be concerned?

So I started getting this strange discomfort/pain sensation in I guess is my upper stomach/abdomen? It felt like a burning sensation I think and started a while after I ate bologna sandwhich with mayo. I'm scared it could be something more serious either lung related or heart related.

I've eaten this before, so why would I be getting a reflux now?

It can come on at any time. Wouldn't worry about it unless it goes on for weeks or gets significantly worse.

PS - if you drew that you have a talent for drawing! I know that sounds odd given it's a simple sketch, but it's very well done.
