Feeling really alone

I feel that way alot even though I have a wife and 6 kids. Plenty of people on here to talk to. I take some solace in that.

You're not alone, see netminder has just spoken to you, and me :-) Please realise that we all feel alone at times, even if we are not on our own. Some of the most famous well known people feel very alone too, yet we are all together in the world, even across the ocean :-) Have a little rest and play a calming game or something, a warm bath too helps?

Just got a lot going on over past two months. And feel like no one cares and they all say I'm fines it's in my head.

Yeah I've heard that plenty of times... being in our head I believe is what makes it feel so difficult to deal with, maybe if it was on my arm or something I could squash the issue but nope, its in my mind and the mind is a VERY powerful thing. Not sure why but wish I could fill my thoughts with positive as opposed to negative.

I'm hoping family will tell me if it is something they are worried about and not just say I am fine.

I use a couple videos off of Youtube to try and soothe me. Something about relaxing sounds and whispering that can really calm me when in a bad place.
