Hi guys,
I've just got over probably the worst health anxiety state ice ever been in but now something new has come up and got me back in a bit of a downswing.
My partner was very supportive during my HA but now she has been given 2 hospital referrals in the space of a week. 1 is a skin biopsy on dry cracking skin on her hand that she has had for around 18 months. The other was from her dentist who advised she go in regarding a blocked gland or swelling in the throat. The dentist also advised that the hospital needed chasing if they didn't reply in two weeks. Alarm bells for any HA sufferer.
My partner is relatively relaxed about it but if anyone has any advice to help calm me from fearing the worst I would really appreciate it.
