Film of mist over my eyes

[help me 21]

So went opticians yesterday said my eyes was ok! Went docs and they treating me for dry eye. Said this misty vision I'm having is anxiety? Wtf so for swearing how can it be even typing this message it feels like I need glasses and can anxiety cause this? I'm freaked out and really scared just mist everywhere I look I can see through it but it's scarying me never had it this bad
