going insane

I used to have major heart aniexty mainly regarding arrythmias and sudden death I had countless ecgs and a 24 hour ecg all normal now im getting dizziness my legs killing me and my heart feels funny like it going to stop im petrified im scared my hearts causing it all

I'm sorry you've been suffering for as long as you have. I see you've had therapy, tried meds (still on them?) as well as tried self help CBT. I'm sure many here can relate to struggling as well as your fears but sadly, words alone on a forum won't be the help you really need.

Is there a way you can get back into some therapy?

thank u for your response yes still on meds just joined new gp so hoping to get some therapy im strange I can go months okish then il have melt downs I cant think straight I question everything doubt everyone its so frustrating I know all the things your supposed to do breathing exercises ect nothing makes a difference then literally overnight itl disapear again
