Hi,
I have this problem and I feel like I have come to the end of my tether with it now. This is a bit embarrassing to write or talk about but I have an obsession with my bowels.
I have become obsessed with making sure that my bowel is empty.
I try to regulate my diet to make sure that when I go somewhere I don't need to have a bowel movement. When I go somewhere I have to go to the bathroom before I go to make sure that my bowels are empty, I also sometimes push to pass my stool and this worries me because I know it is bad to strain. I have been like this for about a year, when I had a traumatic experience,
I know this is not healthy and I need to get help for it. feels as though it is getting out of control and taking over my life.
Should I get counselling to deal with this?
