Neighbour problems, getting sooo worked up!

I'm having noisy neighbour problems... ie cutting up cars in his garden! the noise is horrendous, its really getting to me! how on earth do I calm down? I can feel the tension building! I'm going to explode soon!!!

Is this happening during the daytime or at unreasonable times as your approach and actions can differ. Are other people affected by it or is it something that would affect others. How often does it happen. Start to keep a diary over the next two weeks and what you needed to do to cope with the noise like turn your tv up etc. Once you have this if you are able to approach your neighbour to explain how they are affecting you, if you can't do this look at your local council for help.
