Head pressure with a phlegmy throat?

I have a slight cough and phlegm in throat. However when I bend down or over I get this sensation of pressure in bridge of nose and across forehead. I'm confident this is normal just looking for advice and tips xx:yesyes::shades:

Could be sinuses since spring is rolling around.

Yeah that's what I'm hoping. I know a BT headache sign is of it worsens when bending but I haven't got a headache in general. Just feeling of snot moving forward top of nose and forehead.
