Another Problem! Not Sure What!

I am having another one of my problems. Those issues I kept having came back again. I felt I had a racing pace then I started to feel the symptoms I was told is acid reflux again. It's like this crazy heated feeling on my body, my eyesight then seems shaky/light sensitive, it is a bit hard to describe. It feels like I'll have a heart issue, also that pain is back above my eye. I wanna cry. I also have that head twitch with like a 'weird' feeling in my head, as well as the nausea! Will I be ok?

I don't have much experience with these kind of symptoms personally but I do know they are all very common anxiety symptoms and as they are all happening at the same sort of time, it would seem that points to anxiety being the cause even more....
