Amlodipine

I'm not sure where this should go, but could this be causing all my acid reflux, crazy weird, etc. feelings? My problems seem to have started a week after I took it even though I didn't feel my greatest before then. Even the hospital recommended I not take it, but I'm not sure how to get off such a drug, really freaking out.

Amlodipine is a blood pressure drug so I assume you are taking it because you have persistantly high blood pressure? Its very likely that the drug is giving you acid reflux as I know others with this, they then had to take omeprazole to counteract the effects of the amlodipine!
Why can't you come off the drug and just keep an eye on your blood pressure for a few weeks or can you ask your Dr to change you to a different bp drug of which there are many??

I was already on two others. He prescribed it for me after a single check was a bit meh. But the hospitals been saying my BP is a steady 115 over 75 to 105 over 65 about. It only boosts up when anxious.
