Petachie or goosebumps?

I have goosebumps and hair follicules all over my leg but currently worrying they could be petachie. They are raised hair follicules on both sides of leg. Pretty much in same place. They fade when pressed.

Raised hair follicles or goosebumps are white or maybe slight pink or red and are raised whereas petechiae are small, red and totally flat. They are tiny burst blood vessels under the skin so would therefore not fade when when pressed like your marks do. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
