Diazepam + Zopiclone?

Hi!

I would like to know, if I can take diazepam, if i usually use zopiclone for sleeping. I cant sleep without medication, but now im suddenly out of zopiclone, and all I have is 10mg diazepam tablets.
Sadly I have a high tolarence for zopiclone.
So I dont know if i took zopiclone until now, and if now I take diazepam, is it okay?
I also read diazepam is very strong. But does it really helps sleep? I never took any other pills beyond sleeping pills.
How much mg should I try without killing myself?

Diazepam is often used to taper people off zopiclone so yes they can be used together. Their operation is different though, and diazepam won't necessarily have the same sleep inducing effects as zopiclone. It's worth looking up zopiclone / diazepam equivalents. benzo.org will probaby have the ratio.
