I must have been to the loo 4 times today still feel so full but now my bowels are in spasm under my right breast having anxiety so bad doesnt help at all,cant get rid of the wind at either end and drunk a full bottle of water....does anyone else get this i get so scared!!

Sounds like IBS or a mild allergic reaction. Most likely IBS

I do suffer with ibs c its horrendous i sometimes wonder how we all manage to get on with our lives!

Sometimes if i try to squeeze drinking too much fluid in a short space of time it can aggravate my stomach. I've said before on here that I found peppermint tea really helps, and it's fairly easy to get hold of. Tastes like toothpaste at first but it's my fail safe method whenever mine arrives
