Feeling thirsty with head cold?

My urine is yellow, bright yellow and hydrated yellow on and off. I have a head cold (feeling of phlegm in throat and nose and pressure when bend), it's going round atm. My throat feels like it has a layer of something (phlegm right) is it normal to feel thirsty? Only been today! Heading here as per for peace of mind.

* I have been eating more veg and taking berroca so could this reason for pee?

A layer of mucus on the throat can make you have a soar throat.

Dose up on the vitamin C and drink plenty of fluids. Old fashioned advice and it works. My throat infection is slowly going due to vitamin C rather than heading to the surgery for antibiotics so it's always worth trying. (Beat a chest infection last year the same way, the first time as an asthma sufferer in my life to avoid antibiotics for that)

Vitamin B can turn your pee bright yellow, almost fluorescent lol

Is there Vitamin b in veg? (Sweet corn, Beans, broccoli)

Not enough to turn your wee yellow but I bet it's in the berocca
Is it a multivitamin one?

It's vitamin B2 or riboflavin :)

I've been drinking today and it's still normal to dark yellow. I'm becoming a tad obssesskve with IT. Sigh.

Does your berocca have riboflavin in it

Pee is now ok. Can I clarify that a head pressure is normal with a congestion chest/cough when bend head over? No additional headache
