this morning walking up to work my breathing started getting faster and i had to keep taking hard breaths like. i felt anxious thinking the what ifs. but i didn,t have no beating heart. but it,s worried me all day, i have had this before. and even recently i had it but ended up having a panic attack with it.But as soon as i got to work today it went. but my stomach felt hollow. :unsure:
