Pink skin rash?

then much smaller one appear on my chest, and 2 days ago it kind of spread out on large are of my chest, some on my arms, back, legs, face..

Some are red, some pink but most of them are scabbing looking, blistery sort of. http://i.imgur.com/S0FRgdg.png

Can anxiety stress cause some damage to skin and its easier to develop some rash, ringworms or whatever condition.

I could of spread it using a towel after shower, but I had the one on my leg for months and it seems like it spread 3 days ago just overnight..

Can anyone help?

Could be anything from a mild skin infection to exzema. Does it itch? Fungal infections nearly always itch. As its spreading it would be sensible to see a Dr as they can prescribe an antibiotic cream if necessary or steroid cream whichever they think is needed.

I had pityriasis rosea once, it looked like that. It's not serious but go to the doc and have them check it out :)

countrygirl no it doesn't itch, the only issue is the visibility of the rash.. using cream does not help either ..well in those past 2 days.

Looks harmless - something that a cortisone or steroid cream will clear up. I have sensitive skin and get things like this often. Just reach out to your doctor and they will provide guidance and the right prescription. Nice abs btw... ;)
