Does anyone get this? Is this a side effect of anxiety?

Foot cramps are just a normal 'thing', anxiety or not....I often get them just sitting watching TV...

Are you getting enough vitamins in your diet? And calcium?

I also have twitching and muscle shaking, which scares me, cause people with neuro disorders like MS and ALS get cramping too...

I get twitching too. Anxeity will cause twitches.

I get them all over since I had a vaccine August. Had a EMG just to make sure, nothing was wrong just pinched nerve. There is a thing called benign fascitious syndrome. BFS no biggie. Also stress/ anxiety

I get alot of cramping in my feet/toes, can be very painful especially when driving! They say it's a lack of potassium and to eat things rich in that mineral like bananas. It's painful but normal.

I am just freaked out because of my other symptoms. I am have had an awful 5 weeks, and have been thrashing my body with fear and adrenaline.

Have you seen a doctor?

Yes, saw a doctor, he did a neuro test. This was before the shaking and twitching, though I've since told him about those and he didn't seem to think it was anything serious. I also have talked to a neurosurgeon about my symptoms, and I went to an eye doctor who dilated my pupils and looked into my eyes, and she said everything was fine. It's just hard to believe that anxiety would cause my muscles to tremble 24/7, and cause the twitching, and muscle pain... then again, I had a bad meltdown, and wasnt sleeping or really eating for like a week straight, and have had maybe 2 dozen panic attacks in the last month alone, like BAD ones.

Well my dr didn't seemed worried over mine either. I don't think it's anything but Anxeity. Mine started about a week after thebER too I was not sleeping or eating much either.
