I have pretty bad sinuses , I'm always blocked up and never have been able to breathe completely freely from my nose , ever since I started to get anxiety I feel my lack of ability to breathe from my nose actually makes my anxiety worse as when the anxiety grows I struggle to get a breath, does anyone else have anything similar?

I think it's a common trigger for panic to be honest dmc, it gives the feeling that we are suffocating and that's not a great feeling. And breathing only through our mouth isn't comfortable either, except in our sleep but we're not aware of that are we? Perhaps ask the local pharmacist about decongestants, something you don't necessarily need to see the doctor about at first, unless your sinuses are infected, which can be very painful and may need antibiotics to clear.
