I am having right chest tenderness pain. It is below my throat on my chest and above my right nipple but closer to the middle area. I did not know I even had any pain there until I touched my chest and there is a spot that is very tender but only hurts when pressed on. I am so worried now.Could that be anything but muscle pain ? Please help.

Never mind I remember now . The other day I was moving a porch swing and standing it on its end. It came up and the serving tray built into it came across and hit me squarely in the chest.. hurt but forgot about it..Wow.. glad I remembered or would have worried silly over that.
