My anxiety is at an all time high after drinking yesterday.i started paroxitine last week and last night is just a blur.i remember there being fighting in the pub again and i dont know if i was involved i know my friend had a massive black eye.i suffered a severe brain injury about 10 years ago from fighting drunk and im not supposed to drink anyway.ive got a 4 month old baby and he doesnt deserve this i feel like the worst person in the world.ive been up since 3am panicking away.i only drink say once a month and it gets worse every time but i still do it i dont know how long my girlfriend will put up with this ill be lied in bed depressed now for maybe two days
