Does anyone else get this? My chest tightens up too as breathing gets more difficult, but I have difficulty swallowing and breathing when my jaw goes inwards from tightness, like I'm gagging on my own tongue. Very scary, and I know it isn't hyperventilation because I don't get pins and needles/dizzy. My body forces me to gasp, I get squiggles in my vision, my blood pressure drops, and heart rate speeds up if air can't get in. Happens in my sleep too.
