Hello everyone :D

Thought id join this site as have been suffering General Anxiety since i was in my early twenties, now 39! I have been on Citalopram and propranolol for this for most of that time too. I manage my anxiety now but still have slip ups!

Im hear to help or just share experiences. I know all too well what its like dealing with this monster inside so its nice to see things frpm other people perspective.

Hiya, iv been on it years, took a few weeks to have a good effect with me, i remember at one point i was quite hyper at the beginning but it does even out :)
