Hi Terri,
I'm new to the forum as well and I also suffer from anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I have been taking sertraline (zoloft) for the last 5 weeks but haven't noticed much of a change yet - fingers crossed.

I am really hoping that through this forum i will become a member of a community that will help me manage my challenges and in turn allow me to help others.

Hi both...

I was diagnosed with GAD and panic disorder last year. Been much, much better since using sertraline and doing some CBT and mindfulness stuff. Hope you find the site useful!
