Need advice

I have been to my doctors this week and after a chat with the support team from the hospital they have decided to up all my meds instead of 3 x40 mg propanlol he upped it to 180 slow release am really concerned about this increase and I have been feeling very tired lightheaded all those sorts of things just wondering what you are think regarding this ?

I take up to the same amount every day but those side effects do pass xxx Mine isn't slow release though and I've not take it for a few weeks as been on Diazepam instead but ordered a repeat today in case as I find it helps to take one if I am off out anywhere. xxx
