Hi all,
As usual, my health anxiety has been kept at bays for month, but I started getting some stiffness in my left side and wham, it's flaring up again.
Because of the discomfort in my side (which was due to poor posture at work), I've been paying a lot more attention to my torso and I've noticed that my ribs aren't symmetrical. I appreciate that, well, none of us are. But my left ribs seem normal and stick out when I breathe in. The right side seems to have a dip under my right breast whereas I don't have a dip on my left. The right ribs seem to be almost sunken? I've never had any problems breathing or any discomfort but I'm started to get a little worked up over it.
Can anyone relate?
