Hi,
Does anyone know much about Sinus Arrhythmia, they told me i had it at the hospital after 2 ECG'S. I've never been told this in the past always that it was a normal heart beat(no arrhythmia).
She said it was nothing to worry about, it's normal and everything else is fine. All i know is that when i breathe in my heart speeds up and when i breathe out it slows down, but isn't that normal? So why is it an arrhythmia?
I've not looked it up because I've stopped googling anything in case something 'pops up', and also because she said it wasn't anything to worry about, i do believe her. I am wondering if it is possibly caused by stress/anxiety? And can it go away?
Thanks in advance
