Is it possible to suddenly (over the course of 5 days) lose 3 Kg?
The last time i stepped on the scale it said 91,4 Kg. That was last sunday.
Now, after around 5 days it went down to 88,5 Kg. Can anxiety (mild on at that) cause that kind of weight loss? I don't think that my diet changed that much and neither have my bowel habbits.
I'm asking because right now i'm in a state (for around 3-4 weeks) where i associate every little thing that happens to me with cancer. Head hurts? must be a brain tumor. Stomach ache some form of stomach cancer. Eyesight little worse at times? must be another brain tumor.
It got better over time but I'm in full blown hypochondriac mode right now.
