Managing

Hi all

Hav'nt been on much lately as back at work. Managing at the moment, would'nt say everyday is brilliant and i feel worse after a weekend at home with hubby and son as don't have to do much alone but have to get on with it. I still have roads i wont drive down and i am in no hurry to do so but at least i can manage to get up the place i need to be at work and i am still managing to take the dog out everyday.
Hope everyone is doing well or at least feeling well. You are all fantastic.

I wont drive down roads that have no point of contact on them as i hate the sensation of being alone and there being no one to help me.

I assume you have a mobile phone though so you could always call someone?

Do you know where this fear stemmed from?

It doesnt help me having a mobile. Yes i know where it stems from but can't seem to get round it but hey ho getting on better then before so cant have everything

Well as they say small steps at a time and you are certainly doing well there.

Other things will fall into place gradually.
