I decided to take some fybogel 2 days ago as i suffer ibs c...never again i am so crippled withthe cramps i so wish that i hadnt taken it,im now drinking water like mad to get it out of my system ive not been to bed yet because of it....this ibs thing we suffer is absolutely draining!!!!
