Anyone got any tips how to distract the mind. When I have a symptom my mind fears the worst. Or even without I still fear things in my head
I would like some tips on this myself.
& even when I'm feeling relatively calm I still have a lot of anx symptoms so im obvisouly still thinking about it. xx
It's really hard isnt it :( I just wish I could listen to what EVERYONE is saying, I do for like half an hour and then I'm right back in the same place I started! xxx
