Am I losing my mind???

Hi all. My anxiety really spiked 2 months ago after some rib pain ... Since then jve gone from bad to worse. All day anxiety and just an hour or two sleep a night. I get chest pain, trouble breathing , pounding heart, numb arm and arm pain. My question is after a normal ecg and a normal chest xray should I accept this is anxiety and not a heart condition... I'm a 30 yr old female.

I'm a 24 yr old female pregnant and had a heart ultrasound ecgs bloods and still believe something is wrong I have all your symtoms and more definitely try your best to accept it is anxiety I know it's easier said then done and I know I can't just turn mine off but if you seek help now for it you may have a chance before it starts getting worse hun x
