Has anyone had ranitidine for reflux I have got them today iv taken one I'm just a bit scared don't know why I just don't like taking tablets lol iv also got fybogel!

I've been taking one 30mg at night for years for Reflux
Works great

I'm on 300g a night does it work straight away or does it take time to kick in?

Lol ok thanks I must say the pain in my chest has eased a bit

Good to hear
I can even eat spicy foods before bed again after going on them
Before that the reflux was terrible

Did u get pain in the chest and keep burping?

I've been on it over 10 yrs so I really don't remember the start.
I don't get it now though.
I get a bit of wind at the other end though.

Ive been on it and had lots of burping but also gave me bad stomach pains but im prone to side effects. (Im the 1 in 10/50/100/1000 lol

They tried me on a "new improved" drug to replace Ranitidine and it did that to me.
No probs with Rani though

Was it lanzoprazole? It did the same aswell
