Hello.
I'm Hayley and only recently been told I'm suffering from anxiety and stress but mainly health anxiety. I'm getting married in 2 months and work full time as an assistant manager for a uniform shop in a private school. I'm also studying for a business degree, 2 years to go (out of 6) with the open university.
It's taken a while for me to get the courage to sign up. I guess I've been scared that im finally admitting to myself that i do in fact suffer and do need support from time to time. I lost my dad 6 years ago this year due to suicide which I've found difficult.
I hope I can help others as well as people helping me.
